This busy family of six were fed up with their unloved garden which had become more of a place for their dog to hang out than them. With wall to wall glass at the back of the house it was important that the space not only tied in with the stylish interior but that the garden became a genuine feature of the home whether you were in it or looking at it from inside.
This tiny space had a lot to live up to. Being part of a fantastically styled renovation of a period property which included a huge crittall garden doors from an open plan kitchen, this garden had to have year round appeal. With husband and wife having quite different briefs we had to find a way to combine all the elements into a micro garden without over complicating the space and staying true to the overall style of their home.
